Almanzarは07年ドミニカからFAとして大型契約した選手でまだ17才。このあとLow Class Aに昇格。

Kellyは今年のドラ１。GCLでは全然打てなかったけど伸びシロ大きいからとランクインされたようです。SSとしてプレイしていたけどピッチャーになる可能性もあり。

Gibsonは今年ドラ２。3BのほかSS、2B、CFも守れる。

New York-Penn League (Class A)
12. Bryan Price, rhp, Lowell (Red Sox)
13. Brock Huntzinger, rhp, Lowell (Red Sox)
15. Kyle Weiland, rhp, Lowell (Red Sox)

Priceは今年ドラ１。今のところスターターにしているけどいずれブルペンにまわるかもしれません。
Huntzingerは07年ドラ３。このクラスでは敵なしだったけどLow Class Aに上がったらずいぶん打たれました。
Weilandは08年ドラ３。カレッジではリリーバーだったけどいまのところスターターとして投げている。68 Kに対して10 BB。

South Atlantic League (Low Class A)

Linは06年台湾からFAとして契約。19才。台湾ではずいぶん人気ある。AAに上がったらポートランドまで観に行こうと友人の台湾人とはなしています。はやくおいで。
Kalishは去年ハマテを骨折して、今年より来年もっと打つと思う。

☆ 去年ガニエなんかのためにレンジャーズに出したEngel BeltreはMidwest Leagueで6位でした。
昨日見た記事によるとジェイソン・ベイとのトレードではピッツバーグがモス、ハンセンの他下位レベルのプロスペクト（Stolmy Pimentel）を強く要求しがベルトレで苦い思いをしたFOは「あの失敗は2度と繰り返さない」と断固拒否したそうです。最終的にドジャースがプロスペクトを放り込んでくれたのでめでたく成立、というエピソードがありました。
